1. AgreementBy booking drone photography services, you (the client) agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services ProvidedWe will provide aerial photography and/or videography services using drones, as agreed upon in the contract. Any additional services or requests outside the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring access to the location and obtaining necessary permissions (such as from property owners or authorities).
• The client must ensure that the flight area is free from hazards and safe for drone operation.
• Any required permits, authorizations, or insurance are the client's responsibility.

4. Weather and SafetyThe safety of our pilots and equipment is our top priority. Drone flights may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest availability.

5. Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Failure to make timely payment may result in the delay or cancellation of services.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

• We retain ownership of the intellectual property (photos/videos) captured during the session.
• Clients are granted a license to use the images for personal or commercial use as specified in the agreement.
• Any unauthorized use of the images outside the agreed scope will require additional licensing fees.

7. Liability

• The client acknowledges that drone operation involves certain risks, and while we take necessary precautions, we are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of the images or drone operations, unless caused by our negligence.

8. Cancellations

• Cancellations made by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.

9. ConfidentialityWe will maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client during the project.

10. Governing LawThese terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction.
